was just about to make dinner when i noticed that the wind was blowing. so after ramming 2 chicken sandwiches down me i raced to the beach. Al was rigged up and on the water. had a fun hour on the 11m couple of good sized jumps and a few tantrums.

went back home to find big wave surfing on the tely.

very nice

going to play with £2500 worth of demo mountain bike tomorrow. life in borth is sweet.
